About Connect

Connect is a strength and conditioning gym built around coaching, community and purposeful training

Our sessions are designed to help people build strength, improve fitness and move better for the long term. Through expert coaching and carefully programmed training, we create an environment where people of all abilities can train with confidence and make consistent progress.

At the heart of Connect is our Small Group Personal Training, combining the structure and personalisation of personal training with the energy of training alongside others.

 

Every session is coach-led, thoughtfully programmed and adaptable to suit your level.

 

It’s not about quick fixes or intimidating gym culture, just well-designed training, supportive coaching and a community that makes showing up something you look forward to.

The heart of what we do at Connect!

Small Group Personal Training combines the coaching and personalisation of 121 personal training with the motivation of training alongside others.

​

Every session is coach-led and expertly programmed, blending strength and conditioning to help you build muscle, improve fitness and support long-term health.

​

Exercises can always be adapted to suit your level, so all you need to do is turn up, have fun and enjoy the process.

The perfect complement to our strength and conditioning sessions.

​

Our weekly Pilates class focuses on building core strength, improving balance and increasing flexibility.

 

Led by our resident instructor, the session helps develop body awareness and control while supporting recovery and long-term movement health.

​

 

For those who enjoy a faster-paced challenge in a motivating group environment. 

​

Our Hybrid Training sessions combine strength, conditioning and functional training into a high-energy workout designed to push your fitness and leave you feeling accomplished.

​

​

These sessions run twice a week and are some of the most popular classes on the timetable.
