To activate your membership and gain access to the gym, we just need you to complete a short registration form. All of this information will also be emailed to you. ​

This takes around 5 - 10 minutes and covers a few important details around your health and safety. Your membership will not be active until this form is completed and approved.

What happens next?
Once you've submitted your form, a member of the Ion team will review it and send your access details directly to your mobile. We aim to review all registrations within 24 hours (often sooner).
Accessing The Gym
You'll receive an invitation via email to join the MasterLock Vault Enterprise app.
The app is how you'll access the gym every time you visit.Â
The email will include an Organisation ID (Ion1) and a temporary password. All you need to do is set up an account using those details, and the email address you've used for your membership then you can download the app and gain access to the gym.Â
